3 months

Camden is three months old today and fitting right in.  He is a very laid back baby (for now) and pretty easy going.  In the past month he took his first long trip, had his first cold (not fun), visited church many times, and got to hang out with his Gigi and Auntie while mommy goes to work.  He's sleeping at least a five hour stretch at night if not longer.  He likes to wake up at 4:30 but after eating goes back to sleep.  He's starting to smile a lot more, coo's often, and loves watching his big brother be silly.

Weekend Trip

Friday after Jason got off we headed to go ole Nacogdoches.  My sister was graduating Saturday morning from Stephen F. Austin.  This was Camden's first long trip and hotel stay.  He did fairly well on the car ride down and Drew did great as always.  I had rented Frozen for him to watch and he ended up watching it 3 times by the time we were back home.  He loved it, just like everybody else.

We arrived around 8:00 at night and my parents were already at the hotel.  The met us in the parking lot and took the boys from us and let us get checked in and unpacked.  Drew was shocked to see his Gigi and Pop pop but oh so excited.  The boys hung out with them and Auntie and Jayce for a bit before heading to bed.

The next morning everybody got to sleep in a little (must have been tired from the drive) and when we woke up, we started getting ready for SFA's graduation.  We arrived just in time for it to begin and watch Auntie (my sister) walk to her seat.  Drew did great during the ceremony and Camden slept.  After it was over we got to congratulate my sister and then head out to have lunch with everybody.

After lunch we went to the campus bookstore and walk around campus.  So much has changed but I still remember a lot about it.  Oh to be in college again :)  Drew got to see the fountain in the middle of campus and of course we had to take pictures.  We then walked to other book stores to see what we just had to have!

We had a great time even though it was a quick trip.  I can't wait to go back when the boys are older and take them to a football game and show them around.  I doubt they will really care but I will enjoy it.  We are oh so proud of my sister and can't wait to see what God has in store for her as a teacher.  She will be great doing what she loves!

Congratulations Auntie Adalee!
